HOUSTON--Aug. 7, 2003--Wireless industry innovators Integrated Services Group Inc. (OTC-PK:ISVG) and SkyberCorp Inc. are pleased to announce an agreement and funding plans between SkyberCorp's Brasilian Services Group, SkyberCorp do Brasil LTDA, and entities of the State of Goias, of Brasil. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, ISVG through SkyberCorp and IntraGlobis USA will receive funding for production facilities. Funding will also be used for the purchase of land to build such facilities. In addition, there will be loan guarantees to supply the first combined navigational and anti-theft tracking applications, services and manufacturing facilities in Brasil, utilizing a variety of technologies. This build out is intended to drive-in substantial revenues.Integrated Services Group is an equity partner and has been working closely with several entities in Brasil to provide software and research in their efforts to build out an SyMPL (a patented system for mobile position and location) logistic platform and develop an integrated call center. Sales and service contracts for applications will be awarded for fleet monitoring. This will involve several major suppliers of telematics solutions and the establishment of a central call center in Goias. Insurance entities in Brasil are providing agreements to arrange funding through the major banks in Brasil.
As a critical part of the profit picture for ISVG, SkyberCorp Brasil has obtained a variety of import exemptions, which virtually eliminates import taxes for related materials used in this project. This most recent agreement and commitment of land and funding arrangements are a result of the aggressive and proactive attitude that the Goias government has exhibited in their efforts to attract major high technology to the state.
