BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Aug. 6, 2003 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05-1/2 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 28, 2003 to holders of record on August 18, 2003.
