RVDA Endorses Reynolds and Reynolds Document Solutions for RV Dealerships

DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 6, 2003 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and The RV Assistance Corp. (RVAC) are pleased to announce that the national RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has endorsed Reynolds RV dealership document solutions.

The endorsement means Reynolds will provide a complete range of forms and related products to recreation vehicle retailers who are active members of the RVDA. RVDA is a nationally recognized association that provides information, support, and products that promote the increased sale and use of RVs to its members.

"RVDA is engaged in broadening its members' growth through education, industry leadership, and market expansion programs," said Mike Molino, CAE, president of RVDA. "Our goal of maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our members' business efforts is further realized through Reynolds' commitment to providing outstanding document solutions. This enables our members to further streamline their business processes and ultimately increase their bottom line."

Tom Suttmiller, senior vice president of Reynolds Integrated Document Solutions group, said, "We are very pleased to work with RVDA to extend the benefits of Reynolds' document solutions to this exciting industry. We look forward to utilizing our knowledge and experience of integrated solutions in a manner that provides the best results for RVDA's members."

The agreement furthers Reynolds' expansion into varied markets through its New Markets Group, which was established by Reynolds in 2002 to provide manufacturers, retailers and others with a broad portfolio of outsourced solutions for improving their business results. This group leverages Reynolds' 75-plus years of automotive retailing experience by applying that expertise as well as Reynolds' solutions and infrastructure to selected markets that have similar processes and customer requirements.

"This agreement is a tremendous stepping-stone in fully engaging ourselves in an industry that is allied to our roots in automotive retailing," said Doug Ventura, vice president, general counsel and head of the Reynolds New Markets group. "This agreement was a total team effort on the part of the New Market Group and the Integrated Document Solutions team in bringing this significant relationship into fruition."

The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), located in Fairfax, Virginia, is a national association which assists dealer members in professionalism and profitability through education, industry leadership, member services, market expansion, and by pro-actively influencing legislation.
