Crevier BMW 'Personal Shopper Program' Issues New Challenge: 'Can Get Anything With Motor'
'Personal Shopper Program easier than ordering a pizza' - Mary Spadoni, Costa Mesa, CA
SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 4 -- What started out as an added- value incentive for the Crevier BMW customer -- the convenience of taking advantage of its highly-attentive "Personal Shopper" program -- inviting customers to order not only a premium BMW, but any car -- any make, any model, has now escalated to new heights according to Chris Collins, general manager at Crevier BMW, who recently announced that the largest BMW Center in the country will now "find customers anything with an engine!"
Whether it's a finely-tuned precision automobile, a truck, a lawn mower, a boat, a tractor or even a blender, Crevier BMW's Personal Shoppers can find it, and find it fast. "We can get anything with an engine," Collins proudly states. "And we can do it quickly and efficiently."
"ANYTHING WITH AN ENGINE!"
"Anything with an engine," has become the most recent tagline for the "Personal Shopper" program that has delivered more than 500 different type cars -- from Ferrari's to Hyundai's -- for its customers since the inception of the program a few months ago.
"We challenge anyone who can find a car -- and not just a BMW -- for purchase or lease faster and cheaper than our Personal Shoppers," said Collins. "And we challenge anyone to dare us to get them any device with an engine -- from a digital camera to a car -- and do so in record-breaking time."
"EASIER THAN ORDERING A PIZZA!"
Crevier BMW's Personal Shoppers are scrambling these days, as the Personal Shopper Program continues to gain in popularity with car buyers, especially women, who want to avoid the typical hassles and hours of negotiation when it comes to purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
Mary Spadoni of Costa Mesa purchased four cars from Crevier BMW over the past 12 years. Her last car purchase using the Personal Shopper program was "easier than ordering a pizza!"
"I called Crevier on a Wednesday, and they delivered the car to my home on a Thursday," said Spadoni. "No hassle, pure pleasure."
According to Collins, Crevier BMW Personal Shoppers take care of every detail including shopping for the best financing and putting it all in place before they dropped the car off to the customer.
"All I had to do was sign!" said Spadoni. "WE WERE DONE IN ONE HOUR!"
Kathy Mabry, a first-time customer of the free Personal Shopper Program, and who admits that like many women sometimes finds it more difficult to negotiate a price for a vehicle, enjoyed the "no-hassle-no haggle" benefits of the program. "Instead of taking four to six hours to buy a car, we were done in one hour!"
The Crevier BMW Personal Shopper Program is the first and only known program of its kind in the automotive industry. And, unlike other personal shopper programs, where the customer is only offered a product from one company, Crevier BMW personal shoppers will help its customers find any make or model, anywhere, not just BMWs and not just with Crevier.
Mabry leased a new 2003 Volvo S60. Other customers purchased Toyotas, Hondas, trucks and even a Ferrari.
"WHATEVER CAR THEY WANT"
Don Crevier, president of Crevier BMW, said they came up with the Personal Shopper program from long term and repeat customers who wanted help purchasing or leasing a car for their family members and business, but not necessarily another BMW.
"These customers have been buying cars from us for years," said Don Crevier. "We can find them whatever car they want, not just BMWs."
Tom Sawyer, a Crevier BMW customer for over 20 years, purchased several cars including a Ferrari for himself through the Personal Shopper program. "One call and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Crevier gave me excellent service, and total satisfaction," said Sawyer.
Crevier BMW's Personal Shopper program is free, and available to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a car. For more information on Crevier BMW, or to sign up for a Personal Shopper, contact Cherie Kerr at 714-550-9900.
Snide's RemarksSounds a lot like a broker to me, What's up not enough margin in a BMW?
