CARPINTERIA, Calif., July 31 -- Turbodyne Technologies Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TRBD; BERLIN: TUD) announces that Mr. Manfred Hanno Janssen has tendered his resignation as a member and chairman of the board of directors of Turbodyne Technologies, Inc. He cited health and other personal issues as the reason for his resignation.
