Hidden Creek Industries Announces the Appointment of Anthony Barone as Senior Managing Director
MINNEAPOLIS--July 31, 2003--Hidden Creek Industries ("HCI"), a privately held management company, today announced the appointment of Anthony Barone as its senior managing director. Scott Rued, current President and CEO of HCI, has resigned to become a managing partner of Thayer Capital Partners in Washington, D.C.Barone, 53, has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Most recently, Barone served as CFO of Tower Automotive, Inc. from 1995 to 2003. During his tenure at Tower, the company's annual revenues grew from $225 million to over $2.5 billion. In his role at HCI, Barone will be instrumental in pursuing HCI's long term strategy with its partner, Onex Corporation, and for overseeing its current operating companies.
