eMax's Subsidiary Freedom Entertainment International, Inc. Sets Up New Offices In Montreal

ORLANDO, Fla., July 31 -- Freedom Enterprises, a Canadian subsidiary of Freedom Entertainment International, Inc. and partly owned by eMax Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMAX) has recently established new offices in Montreal, Canada.

Freedom Enterprises, a newly formed division of Freedom Entertainment, Inc., this year introduced its new line of T-shirts to the public under the label "Freedom Made in America". These new clothing line features ten new designs developed through the company's alliance with apparel manufacturer Montreal Mode Design of Montreal, Canada. This week Freedom Enterprises opened their new offices in Canada. Freedom Entertainment plans to import T-shirts and other apparel such as sportswear, jeans and teen clothes into the US next year.

Last year Freedom Entertainment has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Easyriders of Montreal http://www.easyridersmtl.com/. Easyriders of Montreal attended Daytona Bike Week 2003 and Daytona Biketoberfest 2002 with Freedom Entertainment, Inc. to promote their custom Harley-Davidson motorcycles and innovative parts. One of Easyriders of Montreal motorcycles, designed by Pino Di Feo, was photographed at Bike Week 2003 for use in articles to be published in "American Iron" and to appear on the covers of "Bikers Life" in Italy and "FreeWay Magazine" in France and Canada.
