Union Pacific Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of 23 Cents a Share
OMAHA, Neb., July 31 -- The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share on its common stock, payable October 1, 2003, to stockholders of record September 10, 2003.
