Harman International Industries, Incorporated Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

WASHINGTON July 30, 2003; Harman International Industries, Incorporated today declared a cash dividend of 2.5 cents per share for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2003.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on August 27, 2003, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on August 13, 2003.
