Wagon Engineering Receiving Q1 Award

SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--July 28, 2003--Wagon Engineering Inc -- leading global automotive design and build suppliers will be officially presented with Ford Motor Company's Q1 Certification Award on July 31, 2003.

Sylvia Ball-Flood, Ford Purchasing Manager, and Phil Fizzell, Ford Purchasing Specialist, are scheduled to present the award at Wagon's North American corporate office located at 25900 W. Eleven Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan at 1:30 p.m.

This recognition is the second presented to Wagon. The first Q1 certification was awarded to Wagon's manufacturing plant located in Wixom, Michigan in February 2001.

Wagon Engineering Inc. is a subsidiary of Wagon plc, which acquired Hawtal Whiting Inc. in October 2000.
