puraDYN Announces Worldwide Coverage for Patent Combining Full-Flow and Bypass Oil Filtration Systems; New Design Delivers Total Oil Filtration in One Package

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--July 28, 2003--puraDYN Filter Technologies Inc. (AMEX:PFT), the global bypass oil filtration system provider, announced today it has received confirmation of worldwide coverage on its patent for an all-in-one full flow/bypass oil filtration system.

Long a leader in bypass oil filtration technology, puraDYN(R) now has used its engineering capabilities to develop and offer a single system which incorporates both the full flow filter and the bypass filter.

Kevin G. Kroger, President and COO said: "This system is a technological breakthrough in giving virtually all engines the opportunity to have all-in-one oil filtration. The puraDYN(R) system filters solid contaminants to below one micron when utilizing our CGP(R) replaceable filter elements incorporating our process for chemical grafting, evaporates liquid contaminants, and replenishes additives with puraDYN(R)'s patented additive package."

Kroger continued: "We anticipate great interest from original equipment manufacturers (OEM). The TF bypass oil filtration systems have been in production for over 15 years. The newer PFT systems were introduced in 2001.

The puraDYN(R) bypass oil filtration system continuously cleans oil to allow for the safe extension of oil drain intervals using filter element replacements and oil analysis instead of routine oil changes. This in turn offers end users the benefits of up to a 90% reduction in new oil purchases and the cost of waste oil disposal, less downtime and increased engine life.
