Lear Corporation Names Daniel A. Ninivaggi Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 25 -- Lear Corporation today announced the appointment of Daniel A. Ninivaggi to vice president, secretary and general counsel, effective immediately. He will report to Lear Vice Chairman, James H. Vandenberghe.

Ninivaggi joins Lear following an 11-year career with Winston and Strawn, where he had been partner in the law firm's New York office specializing in corporate finance, securities law and mergers and acquisitions since 1998.

Ninivaggi received a bachelor of arts degree from Columbia University; a masters in business administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business; and a juris doctorate degree from Stanford Law School.
