Mirenco Announces Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

RADCLIFFE, Iowa--July 24, 2003--Mirenco, Inc., (OTCBB:MREO) announces the resignation of J. Richard Relick as chief operating officer for the company and the interim appointment of Richard Musal as COO.

Relick recently resigned from Mirenco to focus on his business ventures in the Minneapolis, Minn. area, where he resides. Relick will continue to work as a consultant on special projects for Mirenco.

"I'd like to thank J. Richard Relick for his many contributions to Mirenco and his years of hard work. He will be missed," said Dwayne Fosseen, Mirenco's chairman and chief executive officer.

Musal, Mirenco's chief financial officer, has been named interim COO for the company. Musal began as Mirenco's CFO in December and previously worked as a financial consultant for several central Iowa businesses.

Musal has 30 years of experience in executive business and financial management and financial consulting. He resides in Norwalk, Iowa.
