Service Dealer Guide Available in the Aftermarket

COLMAR, Pa., July 22 -- R&B, Inc. announced today they are distributing more than 600,000 copies of the new "It Pays to Know" Dorman/HELP! Service Dealer Guide to parts stores and service dealers throughout the country. This is part of the company's commitment to increase product awareness of their "New to the Aftermarket" products.

The Service Dealer Guide was mass distributed in leading industry publications to parts stores and service dealers in June and July. Additionally, more than 400,000 copies are being directly distributed to service dealers by America's leading parts stores throughout the summer.

The Service Dealer Guide is titled, "It Pays to Know - We Make it Available in the Aftermarket," and is designed to grow awareness of the unique repair solutions and money-saving alternatives that are made available to the Aftermarket through the Dorman and HELP! brands. The Guide also highlights "Replace the Piece Not the Assembly" parts such as a GM fuel pressure regulator that the OE Dealer offers only as a complete assembly. This group of parts replaces only the broken piece, saving service dealers and consumers significant labor time and money.

Initial feedback from the Aftermarket has been tremendously positive. Many parts stores have ordered additional copies to distribute and have also supplemented their inventories to support the featured product lines. Plans are already in place to release a 2004 version that will feature the new products and categories scheduled for introduction this fall.
