Tri-State Consumer Insurance Company Selects KPC as Communications Partner

MELVILLE, N.Y., July 21, 2003 Tri-State Consumer Insurance Company, a regional automobile insurance company, has selected Kupper Parker Communications, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: KPCG - News) New York office, KPC/Christopher Thomas, to create and implement a comprehensive communications plan to market its insurance policies to local drivers.

KPC will provide Tri-State with marketing communication services, which include print, radio and outdoor advertising to increase public awareness and sales.
