Lund International, Inc. Announces Retirement of Heavy Truck Division President

DULUTH, Ga., July 18 -- Lund International, Inc. announces John Daniels, President and General Manager of its Belmor Products Division is retiring effective July 24, 2003.

Mr. Daniels joined Lund International Inc. on July 24, 1977 starting as Operations Manager in Longmont, Colorado where he helped establish Lund International, Inc. as a leader in the hoodshield market. His high level of energy and commitment took him to the President's position at Belmor Products in 1990.

Under Mr. Daniel's leadership, the Belmor Products Division has become a leading supplier of accessories to the heavy truck industry and has contributed significantly to the success of Lund International Inc.

Effective July 25, 2003, Harry Samp will be appointed Vice President and General Manager for the Belmor Products Division of Lund International, Inc. Mr. Samp joined Belmor Products Division in December 2000 as Director of Engineering. Previously he was Vice President and General Manager at Design Automotive, a competitive supplier of automotive accessories in Chicago.
