Fourth Quarter Results to Be Released

RIVERSIDE, Calif., July 18 -- Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. , the nation's largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles and a leading producer and retailer of manufactured housing, will host a conference call to discuss the results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 27, 2003. The Company will release its results before market on the same day.

The call will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2003, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
