Auto-Q International Inc. Retains Robert Manning as Its Legal Advisor

LONDON, July 18 -- Auto-Q International Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AUTQ) , a leading provider of vehicle tracking and monitoring systems for trucking fleets and consumers, announced today that it has retained Robert Manning as its UK based legal advisor.

Robert Manning is the Chairman of Fox Hayes solicitors based in Leeds, UK. He joined the firm in 1971 as a trainee solicitor and became a partner in 1974. Fox Hayes is a 10 partner firm and in addition to the partners, there are approximately 130 employees.

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Firm, Robert Manning either has or had a number of public offices. He was a Trustee of all three hospitals in Leeds, UK until 1999. He remains Chairman of the National Network for Jewish Social Housing which consists of 26 groups throughout England which are providing low cost housing for people in need.

Auto-Q International Inc. has retained Mr. Manning in order to provide advice and guidance to its management team, and assist in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

Tom Lam, Chairman of Auto-Q, said, "Robert Manning has been a real asset for Auto-Q. Mr. Manning advised us in connection with joining the OTC Bulletin Board and in the acquisitions we have made. Without his advice and that of his partners (Philip Drazen and Stephen Coupland) Auto-Q would not be as successful as it is now. His care and attention and dedication have been and continue to be outstanding."

Auto Q International recently announced that its FleetTrak System has been installed on 225 vehicles of the Pepsi Cola Subsidiary Walkers (Snacks) Distribution Ltd fleet. Walkers Distribution reported fuel savings in the region of five per cent.

FLEETTRAK

FleetTrak is a complete "black box" asset management tool. Data transmitted from the cab enables a fleet operator to monitor position, direction, speed, fuel flow, engine speed and braking, painting a complete picture of what the vehicle is doing and how it is being driven. The data can be used to compile regular vehicle management reports, revealing how both vehicle and driver are performing. An optional in-cab monitor enables the drivers to use the data themselves to improve their driving. FleetTrak users report a 5-10% fuel saving across a typical mixed fleet, and the system provides the operator with a safeguard against risky or impatient driving and the potentially disastrous results.
