Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Declares 126th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio, July 17 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable September 29, 2003 to stockholders of record at the close of business September 2, 2003. This will mark the 126th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
