    TROY, Mich.--July 15, 2003--Altair Engineering, a global leader in product design consulting, engineering simulation software and high-performance computing technology, announced that as part of becoming a Spatial Component Application Architecture (CAA) V5 Adopter, Altair Engineering will develop a direct interface to their award winning integrated suite of wiring harness and system design tools, Altair(R) HarnessLink(R), enhancing the CATIA(R) V5 wire harness design solution offered by Dassault Systemes.
