SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 11 -- The Board of Directors of GenCorp Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of three cents per share on the issued and outstanding ten cents par value common stock of the Company, payable August 29, 2003 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2003 at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
