Chrysler Group Puts Texas Lawyers on Trial

The Kugle Law Firm of San Antonio, Texas filed a $2 billion suit against Chrysler Group claiming that a steering defect was to blame for a fatal automobile accident in Mexico in 1996. The suit was thrown out of court because it involved false testimony, evidence tampering of the steering system and bribery attempts and threats against police and paramedic witnesses.
