Visteon Corp. Board of Directors Elects Three New Corporate Officers

DEARBORN, Mich., July 10 -- Visteon Corp.'s Board of Directors elected Lorie Buckingham, Julie Fream and Glenda Minor as corporate officers. All three currently are vice presidents.

Buckingham, vice president, Information Technology and chief information officer since October 2002, has led Visteon's global services partnership with IBM Corp. The partnership, announced last January, will bring industry- specific technologies that will improve Visteon's information technology globally to better support its customers. Buckingham has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and chemistry from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Fream recently was named vice president for Visteon's DaimlerChrysler Customer Business Group. Prior to that she was vice president of marketing. Fream holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School at Harvard University.

Minor has been vice president, corporate and international finance since April 2003. She also has been Visteon's chief accounting officer. Minor joined Visteon in 2000 as general auditor, after holding various finance and accounting positions at DaimlerChrysler Corp. Minor holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La., and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University's Broad School of Business in East Lansing, Mich.
