Zitny Joins Eisbrenner Public Relations as Account Director

TROY, Mich., July 8 -- Kimberly Zitny, ABC, has joined Eisbrenner Public Relations as account director, according to Tom Eisbrenner, firm president.

In her day-to-day activities, Zitny manages overall communication strategies encompassing strategic client counsel, crisis management, media relations, message strategy and other high-level account management responsibilities for many of the firm's automotive and service clients, including Dana Corporation and Brose North America.

Prior to joining Eisbrenner Public Relations, Zitny was the communications manager at Federal-Mogul, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of communications initiatives and providing strategic communications counsel to the corporate leadership team. In her 15 years of corporate communications experience, Zitny has also worked as communications manager at Allegra Network and Kelly Services World Headquarters.

Zitny is an accredited business communicator (ABC) and member of the International Association of Business Communicators, winning several awards from the Detroit Chapter for excellence in communications project management, feature writing, and annual report and newsletter design. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
