State Real Estate Commission, Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons Release Disciplinary Actions

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 8 -- The Department of State's Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs today announced 39 disciplinary actions taken by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission and State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons between January and June 2003.

Actions were taken against individuals or firms in the following counties: Allegheny (3 actions); Bucks (5 actions); Cambria (1 action); Clarion (1 action); Columbia (1 action); Cumberland (4 actions); Delaware (2 actions); Erie (2 actions); Lehigh (2 actions); Monroe (3 actions); Montgomery (1 action); Philadelphia (3 actions); Pike (4 actions); Union (3 actions); Westmoreland (1 action); York (1 action). A total of 2 actions involved Pennsylvania licenses with out-of-state addresses
