Rexhall Industries, Inc. Announcing Resignation of Frank A. Visco, Board Member
LANCASTER, Calif.--July 3, 2003--Rexhall Industries, Inc. today announced the resignation of Frank A. Visco as a member of Rexhall's board of directors. "After four years on Rexhall's board, we find ourselves at what appears to be Rexhall's most exciting time," stated Frank Visco, "with Rexhall's new T-Rex Double & Wide(TM) motorhome going to market. However, because of demands from my personal business and family activities, I feel it would be unfair to my colleagues and Rexhall shareholders not to be able to continue to devote the time required for membership on Rexhall's board."Mr. Visco continued: "Therefore, I have tendered my resignation as a member of Rexhall's board of directors effective July 3, 2003. I will miss my fellow directors. My resignation in no way reflects the difficulties we have gone through together; if anything it makes it harder to leave believing we should soon see the success Rexhall deserves."
William J. Rex, Rexhall's president and CEO, stated, "We will truly miss Frank. He has made many contributions to Rexhall, including assisting us in seeking to capitalize on the benefits of being located in an Enterprise Zone."
