Mears to carry Fujifilm paint scheme at Chicagoland
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (July 2, 2002) - Target Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates announced today a new paint scheme for the No. 41 Target Dodge in the Tropicana 400 at Chicagoland Speedway. The green, white and red of Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc., will be the featured artwork on the No. 41 Dodge driven by Casey Mears for this one event.

Casey Mears, a Raybestos Rookie of the Year candidate, is in his first Winston Cup season and only his second full season of stock car racing. Prior to racing in NASCAR, Mears spent six years in the cockpit of open-wheel cars. The Bakersfield, California native is the nephew of four-time Indianapolis 500 champion Rick Mears and son of off-road champion Roger Mears.

The Tropicana 400 at Chicagoland Speedway will be broadcast live on NBC television and MRN radio on July 13th.
