CSC to Provide BPO Services to Clarendon Insurance Group

Six-Year Agreement Includes Full Back-Office Support for Non-Standard Automobile Insurance

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., July 2 -- Computer Sciences Corporation announced today that Clarendon Insurance Group (CIG), a Hannover Re company, has chosen CSC to provide back-office business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the company's New York non-standard automobile insurance business.

Under the six-year agreement, CSC will provide policy administration, billing and collections, customer service and data entry services to CIG. CSC will use its POINT software, the leading administration system for small- to mid-sized property and casualty insurance companies, to provide these BPO services and manage CIG's printed policy documents and electronic images with CSC's Document Solutions and MediaView tools.
