NoFire Technologies And GM-Fiat Worldwide Purchasing Sign Agreement for the Use Of NoFire Additive

    UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J.--July 1, 2003--NoFire Technologies announced a long term Royalty Agreement with General Motors/Fiat Worldwide Purchasing that allows for the use of the patented NoFire additive for coating CNG tanks on automobiles.
    The NoFire Product can be manufactured in the various countries where cars are produced by the local preferred supplier. The agreement provides for an initial payment followed by a sliding scale, per car royalty.
