    After 70 years of racing history, Chicago Motor Speedway/ Sportsman's Park is taking a permanent pit stop. The dual-purpose facility is one of only two in the US, and combines a one-mile oval auto racing track with a seven-furlong horse racing track. More than 60,000 roaring fans packed the stadium for the annual CART, Target Grand Prix and other turbo-charged NASCAR and Concert events.
