PowerSki to Present at SIGGRAPH Show with Hewlett Packard

    TORRANCE, Calif.--July 1, 2003--Nova Communications Ltd. (OTCBB:NCVM) announced today that its merger candidate, PowerSki International, has been invited to present its revolutionary new watercraft, the PowerSki Jetboard, and patented engine technology, in the HP suite at SIGGRAPH 2003.
    The SIGGRAPH show is the world's largest marketplace of computer graphics and interactive techniques. SIGGRAPH takes place at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif., from July 27-31. PowerSki will be alongside Harley Davidson in the HP booth.
    PowerSki International will display jetboards and engines, as well as the technology behind them. With an HP Workstation running Pro/E, a PowerSki engineer will take visitors through the digital world of the PowerSki Jetboard and SuperTorqueXT engine. PowerSki inventor and CEO Bob Montgomery will be on hand along with VP of Sales and Marketing James Habig to discuss the new sport of jetboarding and what it means to the sports market.
    Nova Communications recently announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to merge with PowerSki International, the designer and manufacturer of the patented PowerSki Jetboard, the world's most innovative watercraft.
