Toyota and Lexus Executives Host Conference Call to Discuss J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Vehicle Dependability Index Results

Toyota and Lexus vice presidents will discuss the results of the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Vehicle Dependability Index (VDI) Study, which measures customer satisfaction with a vehicle after five years of ownership. Lexus has been the best overall carline in this study for eight consecutive years, beginning in 1995, the first year it was eligible.

Representatives from Toyota and Lexus will discuss the findings of the new study and the importance of VDI to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
