AXONN Ships First Production Units of Its AXTracker(TM) GPS Tracking Device
NEW ORLEANS, June 27 -- AXONN today announced that it has shipped the first production units of its AXTracker mobile asset tracking device. AXTracker is a battery operated, ready-to-go telemetry device designed to communicate with the GlobalStar constellation and provide cost- efficient and reliable asset tracking and fleet management. The versatile AXTracker installs in minutes and is field configurable to provide a rich feature set. In addition to location reporting, AXTracker has 4 Customizable Alarms which can report conditions such as door open; temperature drop/rise; moisture increase/decrease; smoke etc.
AXONN General Manager, Robert N. Olsavsky, said, "We are very happy with the quality of the products we are receiving from our offshore manufacturer, we are working to fill orders received from customers who had tested prototypes and are anxious to deploy the unit in volume."
Axonn has launched a website www.axtracker.com dedicated to its new product which in addition to offering general information on its features will allow customers to download user manuals and order accessory parts.
