Johnson Controls Names Voltolina as Vice President and Treasurer
MILWAUKEE, June 24 -- Frank A. Voltolina has been named vice president and treasurer of Johnson Controls, Inc. He will report to Stephen A. Roell, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Voltolina comes to Johnson Controls from ArvinMeritor, Inc., in Troy, Michigan where he was vice president and treasurer, responsible for all aspects of worldwide treasury, tax, risk management, real estate, facilities management and flight operations. Previously, he served as vice president and treasurer of Mallinckrodt Inc., in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Voltolina, 42, holds an MS in Taxation and a BS in Accountancy from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
He succeeds Ben C.M. Bastianen, the company's vice president and treasurer since 1991, who is retiring.
