MSL Appoints Its CFO, Bert Notini, to Board of Directors

    CONCORD, Mass.--June 24, 2003--MSL , a full-service global electronics manufacturing services and supply chain services (EMS) company, today announced that Bert Notini has been elected to the company's board of directors.

    Mr. Notini joined MSL in April 2000 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2000. Prior to MSL he was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Administration, and General Counsel at Wang Global until its acquisition by Getronics in 1999. Previously, he was a senior partner at the Boston-based law firm of Hale and Dorr LLP.
    He also serves as a member of the board of directors of ePresence and Sonus Networks, Inc.
