EDWARDSBURG, Mich., June 24 -- Avenger Corporation, a growing manufacturer of enclosed cargo trailers and animal transport equipment, recently announced a new product line called the "Contender" in response to consumer demands for a quality entry level product.

"Consumers have been screaming for an affordable better, built budget box and Avenger believes they can deliver such a product," stated Rex A. McKay, president and founder of Avenger Corporation. The Contender is currently available in four models; 5 wide, 6 wide with a 32" side door, 7 wide tandem axle with a 32" side door, and an 8 wide tandem axle with a 32" side door. It features seamless aluminum roofing, hardened aluminum top-wrap, and our industry first aluminum framed doors. McKay further stated, "We are building on the features that have made our Competitor line of trailers so successful at a fraction of the cost."

The Contender is priced to compete against the other entry level products on the market today with manufacturer suggested retail prices ranging from $1,422 for the five wide to $3,989 for the eight wide, except the Contender's features are far superior to the other products offered by the other manufacturers.
