Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. Announces Management Change

    IRVINE, Calif.--June 23, 2003--Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. announced that its Chief Financial Officer, David N. Kenneally, has left the company to pursue other interests. Kenneally's departure does not reflect any differences of opinion relating to computation or presentation of the company's financial condition or results of operations.
