Delphi Announces Key Investor Relations, Finance Moves
TROY, Mich., June 23 -- Delphi Corporation has named Charles E. Marentette IV, 29, director, investor relations. He succeeds Carrie L. Anderson, 34, who has been appointed assistant finance director for Saginaw Steering Systems division in Saginaw, Mich. Both moves are effective July 1.

In his new role, Marentette is responsible for the strategic management of the content and flow of company information to Delphi's financial and investment constituents.
At Saginaw, Anderson becomes responsible for general accounting, global forecasting, and budget/business plan activities.
CHARLES E. MARENTETTE IV
Marentette began his Delphi career at Delphi headquarters in 1995, reporting to both the business development and operations' quality groups. In 1996, he was assigned to the operations analysis section at Delphi Harrison division in Lockport, N.Y., where his responsibilities included sales forecasting. He joined Delphi's investor relations staff in 2000. In 2001, he was named manager, employment cost analysis, responsible for overseeing the accounting and analysis regarding Delphi's pension and health care benefits.
In his previous role, Marentette earned his black belt as the champion for Six Sigma projects throughout the finance team. The Six Sigma philosophy focuses on creating a problem solving and problem-prevention culture through the use of statistical tools to prevent defects.
A native of Traverse City, Mich., Marentette earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Albion College (1995). In 1998, he was awarded a Delphi Fellowship to attend Cornell University, where he earned his master's degree in business administration (2000).
CARRIE L. ANDERSON
Anderson was one of the initial members of Delphi's investor relations staff. She joined the team in 1998 after her assignment with General Motors' New York Treasurer's Office. In March 2000, she was named manager, capital planning, responsible for capital structure decisions, balance sheet management and dividend consideration. She has served as director, investor relations, since January 2001.
A 16-year veteran of the automotive industry, Anderson began her career in 1987 at Delco Electronics, where she held various manufacturing and advanced engineering assignments, as well as financial assignments. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University (1991) and a master's in business administration from Ball State University (1995).
