             ‘Race-n-Rock Charity Auction’ Raises
     Nearly $70,000 for Speedway Children’s Charities

       SONOMA, Calif. (IMMEDIATE RELEASE) — A commemorative Dale
Earnhardt Snap-on Toolbox was the big-ticket item on Saturday at Infineon Raceway at
the first “Race-n-Rock Charity Auction.”

       The toolbox, which also features a flip-up Sam Bass lithograph of the seven-time
NASCAR Winston Cup champion, netted $7,000 as the auction raised $65,340. The live
auction featured more than 70 items and took place during the Dodge/Save Mart 350
Winston Cup Weekend. All proceeds from the auction benefit Speedway Children’s
Charities.

       Other big-ticket items included two Dale Earnhardt Tribute Concert guitars, each
signed by Dale Earnhardt Jr. Each guitar sold for $4,500.

       The auction featured autographed memorabilia from NASCAR Winston Cup, as
well as memorabilia from the rock-n-roll world and Bay Area professional sports teams,
including the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants and Oakland Raiders.

       Infineon Raceway partnered with The Bone 107.7 FM, KNBR 1050 AM and
KNBR 680 AM on this charitable event.
