Key Plastics Named Automotive Industries' Quest for Excellence Winner for Second Straight Year
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--June 23, 2003--Key Plastics, L.L.C. -- a Farmington Hills, Michigan based world-class supplier of plastic injection-molded products to the automotive industry -- has been named a 2003 "Quest for Excellence" award winner by Automotive Industries magazine, a leading automotive industry trade journal. This marks the second consecutive year Key Plastics L.L.C. has been named a Quest For Excellence recipient.Bestowed annually by the publication, this supplier survey competition ranks the "best-of-the-best" in the automotive industry. Quest for Excellence awards are granted based on responses from nearly 10,000 of the magazine's readers who have direct contact or responsibilities with automotive suppliers.
Participants responded to a survey asking them to rate industry suppliers on five criteria: quality, price, delivery, service/support and innovation. Key Plastics L.L.C. ranked among the top 50 of 300 companies included in the survey earning a 2003 Quest for Excellence award.
