*****Hales Corners---Early Results, June 21, 2003*****

Sievert, Specht, Scheffler Split 25's

Franklin, Wis.  June 21--Bret Sievert and Scott Specht shared victories in 
the twin 25-lap UMP late model feature events Saturday night.  However it was 
Russ Scheffler who took the combined total win with his usual consistancy.  Jeff 
Tondryk won the Sportsmen main with Stewart Frost taking the honors in the 
time shortened modified main, however his win is under protest.  The Hales 
Whales feature event was marred by the disqualification of three of the top five 
for rules infractions.  J.J. Wiekowski survived the inspections to remain the 
winner.  Pat Krimmer scored the win in the Mud Puppies.
