American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Cycle Country Accessories Corporation

NEW YORK, June 19 -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Cycle Country Accessories Corporation under the ticker symbol ATC.

Cycle Country Accessories Corporation manufactures a complete line of branded ATV products, including their market leading snowplow blades along with lawnmowers, spreader, sprayers, tillage equipment, winch mounts, utility boxes and a host of other utility equipment attachments and recreational accessories. The Company's ATV products custom-fit virtually every brand of ATV on the market and have complete North American distribution coverage along with product sales in 35 foreign countries.

They also manufacture heavy-duty garden equipment attachments for garden tractors and other utility vehicles within the Lawn & Garden industry under the brand name Weekend Warrior. Further, the Company sells high-performance premium oil filters and cooler filters for motorcycles and ATVs throughout the U.S. under the brand name Perf-form Products. Additionally, Cycle Country manufactures the majority of all golf car wheel covers sold to original equipment manufacturers worldwide.
