Monaco Coach Corporation Announces Appointment of Daniel Ustian to Its Board of Directors
COBURG, Ore., June 18 -- Monaco Coach Corporation today announced the appointment of Daniel "Dan" C. Ustian to its board of directors.

Ustian is president and chief executive officer of Navistar International Corporation , the parent company of Warrenville, Ill.-based International Truck and Engine Corporation. He began serving in his current position on February 18, 2003. He is also a member of Navistar's board of directors.
Ustian previously served as president and chief operating officer since April 2002, overseeing the company's truck and engine operations and participating in the development of future strategic direction. Ustian also served as president of International's engine group since July 1999. Ustian served as group vice president and general manager of the engine and foundry group since 1990.

As a member of MNC's board of directors, Mr. Ustian joins Carl Ring of Liberty Partners (financial services), Roger Vandenberg of Cariad Capital, Inc. (financial services), Richard Rouse (private investor), Robert "Chip" Hanafee (private investor), L. Ben Lytle, chairman of Anthem, Inc. (health care), and Dennis D. "Denny" Oklak, president and chief operating officer of Duke Realty Corporation (real estate services). Kay L. Toolson will continue as MNC's board chairman.
