He served as the group director for manufacturing, engineering & quality assurance for Fram Automotive Products, which is a division of Allied- Signal, Inc. (Honeywell). In this capacity, he was responsible for the leadership and technical direction of eight manufacturing plants, which employed approximately 5,000 people. He also had direct responsibility at the Autolite Automotive Products Division of Allied-Signal, Inc. (Honeywell) for identifying and implementing new innovative products and manufacturing techniques at this multi-million sparkplug per day manufacturing facility. Mr. Anderson received his A.S. According to Mr. Stephen A. Michael, President of FlashPoint, "The significance of Larry Anderson joining our Board at this time cannot be overemphasized. A critical part of our business plan has always been to bring someone into the company with hands-on sparkplug industry knowledge; someone that could help move FlashPoint out of pure R & D and into final pre-production testing, product design, and production planning & implementation; someone the capital markets would see as the key to turning our plans into a reality. We believe that Larry's extensive background in the engineering side of sparkplug development & production will help assure that the revolutionary eplug(TM) design is produced to the highest possible standards and at a competitive price."

Mr. Anderson stated, "I am delighted to join the Board of Directors of FlashPoint. I believe that FlashPoint may well represent a breakthrough in the design and performance expectations of sparkplugs which is long overdue to this industry.
