Azalea Selects Nextest for their Advanced Flash Design Application

    SAN JOSE, Calif.--June 17, 2003--Nextest Systems Corporation, a leader in the manufacture of automatic test equipment (ATE) for cost-sensitive semiconductors, today announced that Azalea Microelectronics has selected the Maverick PT for their engineering and design verification of flash memory devices.
    Azalea Microelectronics, developer of FlashEE technology, designs and verifies next generation flash for the automotive, cellular and wireless markets. The company focuses on low-voltage operation, high speed, and mixed flash and EEPROM memories. The Maverick PT test system will be used in their engineering and design center in Santa Clara, California.
