Brian Miller Named Vice President of Marketing for Hyundai Motor America

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., June 16 -- Hyundai Motor America today named Brian Miller as its new vice president of marketing. Miller will oversee all marketing and advertising operations for Hyundai in the United States.

He was most recently the Director of Marketing for Continental Automotive Systems based in the Detroit area. In that role, he was responsible for the development and implementation of Continental's marketing and brand image campaign. Much of his career was spent at Ford Motor Company where he worked from 1977 until 2001.

"Brian brings a wealth of marketing experience in the automotive industry," said Finbarr O'Neill, president and chief operating officer for Hyundai Motor America. "We believe he will be a great new addition to our team and will play an important role in helping us achieve our goal of Tier One status."

During his career at Ford Motor Company, Miller worked for the Lincoln Mercury Division before moving to the Ford Division in 1994.

Miller and his wife have two sons, and will reside in Southern California.
