IMPCO Elects Board Members

CERRITOS, Calif., June 12 -- IMPCO Technologies, Inc. the company announced today it has augmented its board of directors with two reappointments and one new appointment.

Mr. Mariano Costamagna, President & CEO of BRC, S.r.l. since 1992. Member of the board of directors for several Italian companies has been elected to the IMPCO board of directors as of June 12, 2003. Mr. Nickolai Gerde, Consultant and Certified Public Accountant. Former CFO at Pacific Aerospace & Electronics has been reelected to the board along with Mr. J. David Power III who has served as a director since August 2000. He is the founder of J.D. Power and Associates where he has served as Chairman since 1996.
