Used Vehicle Merchandising Program Enhances the Marketing of Used Vehicles and Service Contracts
ROSEMONT, Ill., June 12 -- NAT, Inc., a leading provider of service contract and other insurance product workflow software platforms, announced its new NAT Used Vehicle Merchandising Program for independent and franchise auto and truck dealers at the annual National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) conference June 10-14 in Las Vegas. NAT Used Vehicle Merchandising Program, along with NAT Menu Selling and NAT Data Services, will be exhibited at Booth 1510.
These solutions are delivered to retailers and insurers through the NAT Gateway, a real-time e-commerce solution for independent and franchise auto and truck retailers to help them sell more service contracts and other insurance products faster with more accuracy. Participating insurers connect to the NAT Gateway to integrate with retailers' F&I department and DMS so transactions flow seamlessly through their business systems back to insurers and shared data repositories.
NAT Used Vehicle Merchandising Program's VINPlus product set: -- Consists of Web-based applications designed to greatly enhance the marketing of used vehicles -- Produces full-printable window stickers, rich with data and customized dealer branding, federally required FTC Buyers Guide, and a customizable vehicle brochure -- Integrates completely with most major DMS and external Web sites such as Cobalt and in-house dealer sites -- Requires no installation and works with any printer or Web browser -- Priced monthly for unlimited use NAT Used Vehicle Merchandising Program consists of: 1. VINWarranty: For private-label partners providing limited warranties as a part of certification. VINWarranty processes sticker databases against the sold-units database residing in the dealer's in-house computer system. A fulfillment file is transferred to a partner's fulfillment service. The result is no lost warranties, reduced processing costs and 100 percent accuracy. 2. VINCertify: VINCertify produces a "certified" sticker for popular used vehicle certification programs, whereby each sticker printed is checked for branded title. If there is no title flag, a "certified by" logo prints. Current certifications are provided by Experian and Consumer Guide. Certification is thereby performed automatically and consistently on the entire lot without any additional dealer effort. 3. VINPhoto: Lets dealers upload digital vehicle images to the VINPlus Web site, then name the stock number. The application does the rest -- marrying up to four photos per VIN and uploading to dealer Web sites and popular car-shopping site. 4. VINExtract: Vehicle inventory is automatically pulled nightly from the dealer's ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, EDS, Toyota, Lexus and other DMS and is loaded to the VINPlus site. No "double-entry" of VINs is required. About NAT ( www.natinc.com )
