COORS LIGHT TEAM FACTS:

-Chassis: The Coors Light team will race chassis #203 at Michigan this weekend.

-Marlin loves Michigan: In 35 races at MIS, Marlin has scored 10 top-10 finishes including one win. He has finished sixth or better in three of the past four races there.

-First win for Dodge: Marlin won the rain-shortened Pepsi 400 at Michigan on Aug. 19, 2001, giving Dodge its first NASCAR Winston Cup win since November 1977. It was Marlin's first victory in 2001 and his first victory in 33 races at Michigan. The win ended Marlin's 170-race winless streak that dated to Daytona in July 1996. On that same day, team owner Chip Ganassi joined Rodger Penske as the only team owners to do the CART/NASCAR double on the same race weekend when Target Chip Ganassi Racing driver Bruno Junqueria captured CART's Motorola 220 at Road America on the same day Marlin won in Michigan.

-Top-5s ???: In 14 races so far this season, Marlin has not scored a top-5. He has three 6th place finishes.

-NASCAR's Top-10: Following his sixth place finish at Pocono, Marlin moved back to 10th in championship points.

-Qualifying Hex: Marlin has qualified in the top-10 only four times this year but seems to have bad finishes when he qualifies well. In those four races he finished 17th, 40th, 39th and 35th.
