Sports Wheels, Inc. Enters Into Potential $5,000,000.00 Financial Agreement

    VANCOUVER, Wash.--June 10, 2003--Sports Wheels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SSWH), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a financial consulting agreement with Strata Associates Inc.
    Terms of this agreement call for Strata Associates Inc. to fund SSWH on a best efforts basis for up to $5,000,000.00. The length of this contract is five years.
    SSWH has signed a licensing agreement regarding a patented technology that bonds and fuses glass to metal. SSWH intends to use this technology to obtain licensing rights from universities, professional sports teams and other corporations to market logos, colors or insignias on professionally designed wheel covers and wheels. SSWH is also exploring additional applications for this patented technology.
    SSWH is currently working towards achieving a full listing on the Over-The-Counter market. SSWH's goal is to become the world's leading developer of designer wheel covers and wheels and is currently building a team to reach this goal.
